I took my 2005 Chevy Diesel in for the yearly inspection on my lunch hour because it looked as if they were slow (FYI - Diesel vehicles are exempt from emissions testing in counties that require the ?smog test? to be done) ?I had never used them before and figured, what the heck, I?ll give them a shot?anyways, I gave them my info, keys and insurance card?he said it?ll be a 45 minute wait, so I sat down and they finished in 30 minutes (I thought to myself woohoo, they?re done early) anyways while I was paying, I asked the salesman (I already knew what the answer should be) ?did y?all do the emissions test?? and he answered ?no, you car doesn?t need one because it?s a diesel??(woo, he answered correctly!) so then he tells me that it?ll be $28.75, well looking at the price list of the services they provide on the wall it should have been $12.50 ...? so I paid him the $28.75 he then hands over my receipt and I head out the door?well I get to my truck and take a look at the sales receipt to see why it was so much?well they charged me for the Safety inspection $12.50 and Emissions Test $16.25 for a total of $28.75?um?Hello?didn?t he just say that they didn?t do it and it wasn?t needed?? So I went back in and asked him why I was charged for it emissions test ?that I don?t need? and he said ?I don?t know, I thought that?s how much it cost?, while telling me this he was walking away so we couldn?t make eye contact?he went straight to the manager and got me my money back?what a bunch of losers?I most certainly will never go back or recommend them to anyone?
