I am not your "typical" yogi and I love the no-nonsense approach of Yoga for Athletes. It's the perfect amount of time, 1-hour and you sweat like crazy. It keeps me strong and flexible. I am an athlete and have not had one injury since I started taking the class. YAS, you ROCK!!!!
Pros: Classes are great, cool space, great teachers
Cons: Classes are packed (but it's worth it)
