I went to Elegance to purchase a dress for a wedding I was attending. After the dress came in, I went to go pick it up and they 'lost' it!! I sat for about 45 minutes while they were in the back looking for my dress that magically dissapeared?! Finally, after they found it, I tried the dress on and realized that my undergarment I had brought with me wasn't going to work with the dress. So, logically since I paid for the dress, I wanted to take my dress undergarment shopping with me. Well, the woman explained to me that once the dress left the store I wouldn't be able to bring it back for alterations. (They ordered the dress about 2 sizes too big!) But if I wanted to go buy a few things and then MAKE AN APPOINTMENT to try on the dress with the new undergarments I could do so. WHY would I make an appointment to try on MY dress that I paid for in full 4 months ago? So you can lose it again?! I took the dress home with me that day and invested my money in someone elses alterations!! What a nightmare!
