I called for an appraisal, George, the owner scheduled an appointment with me to look at my piano during that same call. He was very knowledgeable and gave me my options if I wanted to sell it. He also gave me tips on how to maintain my Grand Steinway, if I wanted to keep it. He went above and beyond by referring me to an excellent technician who only on the island for 2 weeks. About 2 or 3 times when I had "Call George" on my to do list, he would appropriately call to follow up, so I got all of my questions answered, while he provided me with new information to chew on.
