We choose All-Year to replace our HVAC system and to do a weatherization of our home. We choose them because of favorable recommendations from neighbors and because the All-Year rep, Susan, was clearly more knowledgeable than reps from the other companies that bid on our job. All Year's employees were responsive to questions, which I appreciated because I'm one of those customers that has lots of them. They did what they said they would do, when they said they'd do it. They did a good job installing the equipment, and the equipment came with a ten year parts and labor warranty. All-Year handled all the paperwork for the Austin energy certification and the Austin Energy and Gas rebates, and we received the rebates promptly. All Year's bid was not the lowest, but we are very pleased with the work that they did and with our new system.
