I have also had a bad experience with Carol Wolf management and would not recommend them to anyone who has a choice in property management companies. If I had known how bad of a management company they were before I bought my condo, it would have definitely made a difference in my buying decision. They are completely non-responsive, they do not answer residents concerns and show a very general lack of professionalism, respect and integrity. I have complained about certain issues for two years now with absolutely no response from the management company. These issues affect the safety of myself and my property, and the management shows absolutely no concern. I am very displeased with Carol Wolf.
