Cat Urine Collectors: Money Starving Thieves 5/29/2008

I do not recommend taking a living animal to Bogie Hills Animal Hospital. I took my cat to Dr. Clapper to be checked out for a possible urinary tract infection. In return I was charged 20.00 for her urine, 45.00 for the urinalysis, and finally the office call itself was 41.00. After taking up our time, Dr. Clapper was often lost in thought and she lacked any professional medical advice. I felt as though I had taken my cat to a piercer (the jewelry on her face was a distraction) or possible hippie/stoner. It took less than 10 minutes to get the results back, and 25 for Dr. Clapper to repeat herself as though she was an animal therapist saying it must be my cats environment that has effected her behavior. BOTTOM LINE---------she offered no advice, there was nothing wrong with my cat----------and after it all I was charged over one hundred dollars. You would believe my cat was pissing gold for what they charged. It should be known, I later called to compare at surrounding animal hospitals such as All Cats Hospital on the Cave Springs exit and they said the total of everything that I was charged would have been close to half price. more
