I placed an order for Mother's Day flowers for my husband's 92-year-old grandmother this week to arrive yesterday, and it is now Mother's Day and she got no flowers. They sure charged my credit card, though, and their distribution vendor couldn't take the time to call her back when she called to ask if and when she could expect a delivery. When I called Anthony's to ask about it, they said there was no one available to speak to me.
The worst possible service. I hope grandmother is here next Mother's day to receive flowers -- they sure won't be coming from Anthony's.
