Longish waits are worth it! This is a low-key, friendly, warm, comfortable physicians' office. Personnel treat you like the person you are. Nothing mechanical or indifferent about them.
My physician consults with me before prescribing, asks my opinion of his treatment plan, values me as an integral unit of the care team treating me. He makes suggestions rather than giving orders, yet is firm in expecting to be kept up to date on my conditions. He has called me at home upon infrequent request, and when he's not available his nurse is always helpful and prompt.
My only complaint is that I often wait at least 30 minutes to be seen. On the other hand, I sometimes am seen within a few minutes of my appointment time, which in my past experience is unheard of in doctors' offices.
I am extremely pleased with Woodinville Primary Care and its personnel.
Pros: Personal and friendly staff.
Cons: Occasional long waits past appointment time.
