Although I cannot comment on how my son is being treated at this daycare thanks my sons mother, and Director Nancy Czopek refusing me progress reports, attendance records, & the truth when I call to see how my son is doing, I can tell you this....
On 9/11/06, when I was in Colorado to see my son, I went into Kindercare with a friend to obtain my sons progress reports which Director Nancy Czopek had been telling me for quite some time was being sent to me, but never did. When I went into the office, a clerical staff member gave me the run a round concerning this progress report and I left my number for Nancy to call me. An hour after I left the facility, I received a call from my attorney stating to me that this clerical staff member at Kindercare was stating I came down to kidnap my own son! After two attorneys discussing the matter out, and it was discovered I had a witness with me verifying I was there to receive Progress Reports promised to me, did Nancy Czopek call me and claim it was just a simple misunderstanding!
On another date after this, I called the daycare to see how my son was doing. When I asked about my son, his teacher at that time seemed rather belligerant and stated they do not have a child by that name in their daycare! She then hung up on me! When I called back, I discovered from another staff member that my son was not registered under his given legal name, but was was registered under my ex spouses non legal maiden name in an attempt to keep me from getting information on my sons status.
On Friday, Nancy illegally denied me my sons attendance records when requested, because I discovered my son was only attending this daycare 2 days a week, rather than fulltime, as my child support was adjusted to last July by the Boulder District Court. Way to go Nancy......keep circumventing my legal right to know about my sons status and progress in your daycare. Kindercare has a problem with you as their Director!
