For almost 20 years, I have had the amazing good fortune of having Kim of Finishing Touch cut my hair, color it, advise me, send me to the right waxing person for me, and, occasionally, nab a wayward hair right from my brow. She now takes care of my 19 year old son and soon-to-be 16 year old daughter. We trust her; we KNOW she will not only give us superb haircuts etc., but she will watch out for us. She has become a friend, a woman who never gossips or indulges in silly chitchat. She remembers personal details of all us, asks how we are all doing, and really cares, really means it.
