I see all the great reviews and I have to admit that the atmosphere is really nice. The people are pretty accomodating. The communication is fair. The treatment I received was a special through LVAC and the price was fair. The problem I had was that the products used broke me out. I assumed that everything would have been hypoallergenic. I left a message because it seems that no one answers the phone when you call and you have to leave a message to talk to anyone. They will call you back within a fair amount of time. The aesthetician was supposed to call me back which she did not and that was more of a problem for me then the breaking out. You expect a call if someone tells you that they will call you and this leaves me in a place where I would not recommend or go back to them.
