The Thousand Oaks Honda is not where you want to send you car for service or repair. They are not courteous and you feel just from the beginning you've been ripped off. I have a 2002 Honda Accord and only 53K. My transmission failed TWICE in the last 2 years. First they had to replace it after 30K and made me sign for a new transmission without warranty. Now 23K later, the transmission failed again. Now they told me I signed a no warranty deal and I'll need to pay. They tried to convice me that trasmission can't last more than 20-30K. I would think twice buying a Honda.
