The classes at Kadampa Meditation Center California (previously known as the Khandakapala Buddhist Center) are really engaging and interesting. You learn about Buddhism and also how to meditate, and the main teacher, Gen-la Dekyong, is funny and real. I've found something to take away and think about every time I go. Learning to meditate and learning about Buddhism have helped me be happier, more loving -- and according to my partner -- a lot easier to live with!
