Though the ice cream is good,the customer service is terrible. The owner basically ignores the long line of customers,chats with one of his employees and refuses to help out even though one store employee is running around doing his best to help customers out.\r
When asked for help since the line is now outside the door,the owner basically asks you to leave. That's his way of solving the problem the waiting customer problem ! \r
The owner ( an older gentleman with a strong accent ) despearately needs training in customer service by the Gelato Franchisor corporation. I for one,will never visit the place again. Luckily,for the rest of us,a Yoguberry store is opening across the street !
