Realizing that this tough economy is taking its toll on everyone, I appreciate that financial and insurance agents must do 'cold calling' more than ever. However, as a consumer it is still a turn off most of the time. Theresa called during dinner time and was not graceous enough to excuse herself but still tried to put the sell on me. Not a good first impression.
