"we are beginning formal complaint proceedings against Fish Furniture. We have been trying to resolve an issue with our new media center which has never been in 100% working condition since the day it was delivered. We have adjusted our schedule two times to be home during the service window they set up with us only to be told this last time by the repair person that it cannot be repaired. Our salesperson John and manager Ray today "generously" offered to "allow" us to a) take a store credit in the amount of our original purchase or b) pay an EXTRA $500 or $2000 for either of the alternate selections they could "generously" offer to us- neither of which was satisfactory or matched our needs; ordering another same model is not an option they said because it is discontinued. When we agreed to meet halfway on the extra $500 on one of the replacement offerings since it was not big enough to fill our alcove and would require additional purchases to fill in the spaces on each side, John
