I have been to this funeral home more times than I care to mention. However the last time I went to a funeral service I was quite disturbed at what went on. With the former owners they use to have a room set up with seating for guest to sit in during the time period that the immediate family said good bye for the last time. They no longer have seating, therefore all of the guest including the elderly had no where to sit. It was horrible watching all of my older relatives have to stand and wait for the funeral procession to begin. \r

You just don't get the care and concern that you did when it was owned by the Mack family. It is now owned by a chain called Dignity.
