Had to bring my car back more than once for the same thing. I had to pay for it each and everytime. I don't expect to have free work done but I do expect to have the work done that I paid for, and paid a lot for. I have since stopped going there. All beware be sure you look at your bill and get everything in writing. Keep all your receipts and be sure you look at the parts they replace. If they cannot show you then most likely they did not replace them. I am so bitter and only wish I would have wised up sooner, it would have been a lot cheaper. Oh and doesn't this guy own another shop too? unsure but I would definately find out because that only gives him more opportunity to take advantage of a whole lot more people.
