I do business with Rapid Realty as a Landlord. I have worked with several other companies to rent my vacancies, but I really prefer working with Rapid Realty. They really include me in the whole process, so I feel in control of my vacancies. With other companies, it seemed like the Broker would decide if a person was right for my space, without even getting to learn much about them. At Rapid, they always get the tenants to provide a lot of paperwork, which gives me a clear picture of what kind of people will be in my building (and that they can afford the rent!), and they give me plenty of time to review the paperwork and make my decision. Of course, they usually try to get everything done quickly, but I've never felt rushed into a decision, which I think sets a good tone for the relationship between myself and my tenants for the rest of their lease. \r
