This used to be my favorite place until I walked in one day and was asked if I used in product in my hair. Amazingly I use one of their products but when I stated this I was told that I would have to get a hair wash. I was confused and asked why and was told that product damages the equipment. The kicker thought is that I would also have to pay for the shampoo. So they pulled me in with the $14 haircust but were effectively conducting a bait and switch by forcing me to also pay for a wash.
