Maybe it's just me, but is there anywhere anymore that you can get good service? I called this company up to set up an appointment. The lady took my name and address what I wanted down and told me that someone would be out on Thursday and I would get a call Wednesday night confirming the appointment and a timeframe. I never got a call on Wednesday, so I called on Thursday and was told that they had no record of my appointment so again I tried to make an appointment and they told me no one could come out until Monday. Then someone showed up at my door from RCA on Thursday but they came to the wrong house. They said the would do the services I requested. They did one of the services and left w/o explanation. I called them again on Thursday and someone told me they'd be back. Of course no one ever came back. I called again on Monday. Again, no record of previous calls. I was put on hold for 5 min. and told they would check to see what time someone could come but probably not until Thursday of that week and get back to me. I am writing this on Thursday. I never received a call back.
