I don't expect too much from Sushi Boat places. I find a place like Ariake on El Camino to be a good representative of the type: decent, not spectacular but not terrible.\r

Kazoo is definitely below Ariake, in terms of freshness (raw salmon shouldn't be chewy), value for money (they actually charged for the green tea and never came to re-fill) and in my opinion they don't taste that good.\r
For the quality, they are overpriced, I wouldn't expect them to lower the price a $1 a plate, just bring up the quality a few notches.\r

I am writing these lines with a stomach which felt better and this is 3 hours after eating there... \r
Pros: sushi boat means zero waiting time
Cons: quality of food
