I have passed Angelo?s in Lakewood many, many times always wanting to go in. There were some nights where there looked to be no one in the place, but other nights, I do not think you could have gotten a table. I looked over the menu posted in the window and thought, a little high priced ? but finally decided to give it a chance. The decor reminded me of some of the small places in Little Italy in Manhattan. The food was just as good. The Manicotti was delicious, with a nice blend of spices and cheese. The Baked Ziti was equally tasty. I was floored by the buttery rolls and marinara sauce. I have to go back to try some of the chicken dishes.
