I frequent this bar often....It is by far the only decent bar in knoxville! That is, unless you want to be bombarded by college yuppies, in that case, go to the strip. If you have an ounce of class, get to Sapphire! The bartenders are all hot and they will get you wasted for nothing! Aside from the drinks....THE FOOD! The Chef CHIP has been voted the best chef in Knoxville and they have him! An extensive sushi menu nothing shy of perfection, and a wide array of hot foods, and chill foods such as cheese plates. The best sushi and drinks in town. A full martini list, full mojito lists, 40+ types of wine and I much more! The DJ, DJ 4matiks, will rock your socks off! Get there or stay home!
Pros: The bartenders, drinks, music, people EVERYTHING!
