I was so happy with this recommendation for Sushi found on this site. I was in Richadson on business and met a co-worker for dinner. It was a very busy Thursday evening and after eating the Sushi I understand why: Everything was very fresh and very tasty. I sat at the Sushi bar and dishes were served one-by-one. I very much enjoyed the leisurely pace of the meal. The service was as it should be - prompt and polite. The docor was beautiful. The only thing negative thing I could say is that it was hard to find. Thank goodness for GPS.\r
