I have had good service here, and have also had horrendous service while trying to eat here at lunch. Depending on who you get as your server, you can expect to have your food in a reasonable amount of time, or have to remind them that in fact you did actually place an order for food. This uncertainty forces me to give a below average review overall.\r
The sushi chefs are good, and the food is also good, again with the caveat being that they only make what your server actually tells them to.
