There is no way I'm going to list the over 20 different errors the Cancer Treatment Center has made in my mother's treatment but examples are that we show up for appointments that doctors don't know about, miss others that we didn't know about and do not get our phone calls returned. There continues to be problems after having 2 (two) sit down confrontations with management. Mom has so far had only 1 radiation treatment and no chemo treatments. They have made my mom cry many times. I have concluded these people have nothing personal against my mother but rather are just plain running a horrible company. Since it isn't personal agains us my guess is that many many others are also suffering during a time when the patient and their family needs comfort.\r

Pros: Seems like a good idea, all service under one roof.
Cons: These people can not communicate with us or each other. Unbelievable!
