THis was by far the most dissatisfying business I've ever worked for and I work in sales. THe customer reps, and I use that loosely were extremely disrespectful, uncooperative, and just plain did not care about my problems. My suggstion if you're thinking about using them, and you think that you just may have a problem with your service, don't.
