Because this flower shop is a representative of Teleflora, we read the reveiws on yahoo locals and that is what influenced our decision to use their service. We looked at the pictures of their birthday bouquets and found one that we thought would be very nice for our Supervisor for her birthday. We paid 54.64 including delivery charges for this paticular bouquet of flowers. Unfortuneately when they arrived we were very disappointed and even embarrassed to give our Supervisor the rinky dink bouquet that they sent us, it did not look anything like the picture on their website. We immediately called to express our disappointment and we spoke to the owner Erin Pinkston who was very unprofessional in her manner about taking care of our problem (Customer service is definetly not her #1 priority) however she finally agreed to send a replacement which was more to our liking. In the future, we will stick with Proflowers they send really nice arrangements and customer Service is very important to them. UPDATE: I just discovered an UNAUTHORIZED charge on my visa for 5.39 for the replacement! I would certainly be very careful about doing any credit card transactions with this business! Cons: The owner was very unprofessional as was the driver, I could pick flowers in the field behind my house and make a better arrangement than what we paid for! more
