Disappointed-On a recent visit to my local PayLow Foods I was disappointed that my coupon for Cherrios was refused. I asked to speak to management and was told that coupons printed off the internet were not acceptable. The coupon had an expiration, a bar code, picture of the item, plus General Mills would reimburse the store an additional eight cents on top of the coupon value. \r
Fairness-the staff did handle the matter in a professional manner.
Pros: Displays neat, clean environment, fresh product
Cons: not able to use internet manufacturers coupons
