I saw the sign for the bootcamp several weeks ago and wanted to try it out. I have always worked out regularly but I travel a lot for work so haven't been able to keep a regular workout routine lately. The boot camp is an easy way to fit a great workout into my schedule! My husband and I both go and absolutely love it! The workouts are always different and always challenging! Chris and Amber are great motivators - we are definitely fans of CP and of the boot camp!!!
