I have been to practically every Italian restaurant in Westchester County, Casa Brusco is a noteworthy newcomer. What a pleasure NOT to see your typical Italian safety pastas like ""Penne Vodka"" or ""Fettuccini Alfredo"" on a menu. My husband and I dined there on a Sunday evening. He had the ""Double Cut Pork Chop"" special. It was about two inches thick, with a white juicy velvety texture. He is notorious for sending food back, not in this case, he loved it. Certainly a dish for the more discerning pork lover. I had the pasta special which was ""Cappelletti Bolognese"", which consisted of little hats of pasta filled with meat in a flavorful meat sauce, also delicious. The food was great the manager so friendly and knowledgeable about the restaurant ,we wound up eating at the bar, just to continue our interesting conversation, what an education we got about Italian cuisine and wine. We both had a memorable experience and will be returning.
