I had termites flying in my home and I called one of the termite companies advertised on the radio. They recommended a $4,500.00 Orange Oil treatment. Furthermore, when I told the inspector that I was considering selling my home he told me that he would have to fumigate if I wanted an ""Escrow Clearance"". I asked him why he recommended the Orange Oil treatment in the first place and he answered ""our management has a bonus program for the most volume in Orange Oil treatments we sell"".\r

The Termite Guy, (his name is Guy) was on time and organized. He offered me several different options, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each. I decided that fumigation was the answer. Not only did The Termite Guy cover my house with no roof damage, they didn't even make me sign a damage waiver like other guys wanted me to sign.\r

And here's the best part, they did all of this for $ 3,200.00? $ 1,300.00 less than the other guys wanted for the Orange Oil treatment alone?
Pros: Excellent work, fair prices.
Cons: None, they did exactly what they said they would do.
