The business, if you can call it that, is clearly on shaky ground. I had put down a deposit for some work to be done but had to cancel, and have yet to see my money back. The owner agreed to refund most of my money, but reports he hasn't had any new business and cannot refund my money. I'd be skepitcal of any business that hasn't done business in 2 months.
