Very, very nice to have a great restaurant in the Clear Lake area. I have to say the Lobster bisque is the best I've had anywhere and that includes places like The Four Season, Tony's, and some great places in Paris, Fr. Would suggest you might stock the Chardonnay wine - Kistler (a great wine); the filet was terrific and when I leave room for the desserts, they are right up there with ""The Stove"" served at LeCirque. Can't wait until all the rooms are completed and only wish you were open for ""lunch."" Great place and great atmosphere. Most folks don't like to wait even though they have reservations so that is a plus, as well.\r
