My special order ring came in wrong. Financing was incorrect. The store snuck in $108 charge for sizing and setting after the sale was complete without telling me prior. 3 months after the ring was purchased, one of the stones fell out. The store is on try number 4 to correct it and I am still waiting. I have complained several times and received no response from Jared customer service or store management.\r

I also emailed the district manager twice and received no response. I was so frustrated and my husband was determined to find someone in the company who cared. \r

My husband then spoke to store management who referred him to Jared customer service. My husband spoke to Daniel in customer service who stated it was my fault that the stone fell out. I can not tell you how offending this was.\r

I will never shop at Jared again and I don't recommend anyone shop there unless you would like to be disappointed. Jared only cares about the commission-not the customer. After my 30 day return window had closed, it seemed I was nothing but an inconvenience to them. \r

We are still waiting for the ring to be corrected (the stone fell out in November-It is April) And we have yet to find one person who cares. If you choose Jared, Good luck to you!
