This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Houston. I eat here at least once every month although I try to go more. Their margaritas are excellent and large. The chile con queso is the reason I keep going back as that is one of my reasons for eating Mexican food. The atmosphere is nice and good for children. There is a playground outside. I always sit in the inside main dining because I think the service is better closer to the kitchen. The service is very attentive. There is always someone going around to refill your drinks. I think they are team oriented because you will be helped by many people and may wonder who your waiter is. I usually order the Laredo plate which has a cheese enchilada, tamale, rice and beans. I always opt to add the taco for an extra dollar or so. The cheese enchiladas are delicious and always mouth watering. Never conglomerated cheese like you may have in other places. Just recently I started ordering the beef fajitas. They are wonderful! Excellently marinated and juicy. After trying them here I rarely order them if I go elsewhere because I know I will be disappointed. I always bring my friends and no one has ever complained at my choice of restaurant!
