Took my 1999 4Runner in to get a Marine head unit put in. Manager, Mr. Atherton, said his installers were out but looked at the project and said they could do it--come back in a week. Took the day off from work and came back. Dropped the vehicle off early and he said he would give me a call when it was done. Waited 3 HOURS past my scheduled time. Get a call saying they couldnt do the ""custom"" install. Made we wait 3 hours and never once did i receive a call. Grabbed my stuff and when to Best Buy.......they installed it and my IPOD connection in less time and for less money AND they dont claim to be custom. Stay away folks these guys dont know what custom is
