This idiot called me concerning a request for insurance I did online for a quote. Well, he called 2 weeks later and I stated I was no longer in need of the insurance. He slammed the phone down in my ear. That was very rude and if I was still seeking insurance I certainly would not go to him or his company for it. He needs to learn some manners when trying to get business. He needs my business, I don't need his.
