I was eating in Mojave sunday night with my friend. i am not really into mexican food but my best friend wanted me to try it because he explained to me that is not mexican but southwestern, ok?!?! like i know the difference?? being my first experience with tex-mex food i was very confused by some of the menu items.. I grilled the waiter with 1000 questions about the menu, and he explained all of them. I am glad my friend took me here. I had the serrano ham quesadilla, and it was sooo delicious... the waiter explained to me that serrano ham it means that it's a mountain pig ham.. from spain.. and also explained me that succotash it's a native american indian dish.. I am russian so for me was really interesting learning this things.. \r
Service was really friendly and down to earth, it made me feel really confortable.. I liked the sangria very much.. definately will be back....
