UPDATE: It has now been over a week, 15-20 phone calls made to the office where noone answers. These people do not answer their phone, and they do not return messages......I dont know what else to say. \r

I've been trying to set up an appointment since last week.\r

I have spoken with two different representatives who took down my information, and still have not received a return phone call. Have called them somewhere between 10-15 times, phone was only answered twice.\r

Very frustrating.
