I have spoken directly to the owner on this situation. It appears to me that you have a problem listening. As a small business owner myself I would label you as "" Difficult "" and find some way to avoid interacting with you. Your issue was directly with the manufacturer and that is with whom you should have been speaking to in the first place. The owner of Value Appliance was only trying to help you get in touch with the correct costomer service department of which he has nothing to do with.
