This is the one financial company that I would stay away from. First off they do not respect the individual, they are all about themselves and have no inclination to assist you in any possible way. My fiancee made arrangements to pay her obligation when she got her first paycheck and the individual that she first talked to stated that would be okay - well, that is until the so called manager got a hold of the payment. Her name is LORI DAVIS and she is one evil individual. She does not follow federal law and she will tell you anything just so that you are terrified into doing anything to satisfy her. \r

She will call you over and over again just so that she can get her little thrill out of hearing you sweat. She derives some great pleasure out of terrorizing people who might have a financial issue and really want to clean up their mess. \r

MRS. DAVIS took the time to call before the alloted time which between 8 am to 8 pm. She called before 8 and after 8 because she wanted to lay down threats just so that she could make a profit off the money that is sent in. They do not help out the consumer - as with any collection agency, they do not care about you the individual ONLY the fact that they can threaten you and make you think that you are an evil person. MRS. DAVIS plays by FIRST INVESTORS playbook, which is threaten, abuse, and harrass until they either lose their car or they pay a huge hefty fine with their payment. \r

ALL FIRST INVESTORS DOES IS STEAL AND HURT THE CONSUMER. THEY ARE ALL HEARTLESS AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED LIKE A BAD DISEASE.
