Horrible, and I mean HORRIBLE communication amongst staff. Unprofessional, not at all concerned with customer satisfaction. \r

If I hadn't spent so much money already on my items I'm renting, I would load it up MYSELF and drop it off to them on their doorstep.\r

I've learned my lesson, never ever rent...so learn from my mistake, and go elsewhere!
Pros: You can make payments.
Cons: They will say one thing, then another, amounts vary, it's crazy what they do, it should be illegal!
