i lived in this place for 1yr. during that year the slimy matnence man/landlord ( the lady that was the landlord would alternetly deny and then afferm that he was a landlord) would sexualy harrass me. also the appartment i lived in would constantly get flooded from the attacted laundry room and one of the pipes actaual rusted through and flooded the whole place. the water wasnt safe for human consumption, coming out of the fauset orange and if left in a white glass it would color the glass with rust.
