I would NEVER recommend Verizon Wireless. I brought back a cell phone (beginning of 2008) in brand-new condition, less than a month after purchase with receipt. I was promised to have the full amount refunded back into my bank account within hours. It took me 5 visits to the store, many phone calls, a complaint to 'a dispute resolution company' (apparently, I cannot name other companies) and over 2 months of trouble before the money was deposited into my account. The most annoying thing was that I didn't lose my cool and I handled it patiently and the Representatives and the Managers at the Vestal store made me look like I did something wrong or I was inconveniencing them and they NEVER once apologized for the inconvenice that they caused me. They had no problem taking the money out of my account so why make it THAT difficult to put the money back in??? I did do some search on the company and I am not the only one that has had issues when asking for a refund from Verizon Wireless.
