Our 1 Star review on Horrible Customer Service would not of happened if the customer had mapquest or put the right address before driving. As the owner, I appologized that she had driven so far and as matter of fact very flattered that our customers would be willing to drive from far just to come to our spa. But traffic, road conditions and accidents are beyond everyones control and we completely understand. If we can extend or move late appointments to still accomadate our clients, we would be willing to do whatever it takes. But, VALENTINE'S Day Weekend. It was beyond our control. However, I won't be responsible to find out that they wrote the wrong city and zipcode and ended up in Whittier, CA when we do state Los Angeles, CA.
