My 6 year old son and 9 year old daughter signed up for Mr. Czerniak's Summer Karate Program nearly a year ago. It has been one of the most rewarding experiences for me as a mother but more importantly for my children. They both love to go to class and have learned so much in one year's time. While learning the art of Tae Kwon Do they are also learning the importance of discipline and respect. The greatest transformation that I have seen in my children is their confidence. They are learning to be confindent and their self esteem grows with every belt they earn. My 6 year old son was diagnosed with PDD/NOS (mild Autism) when he was 3. When he started the program I wasn't sure if it would be his ""thing"". Today I am absolutely amazed at his progress. Both my son and daughter have received medals at tounaments and are now yellow belts. The skills that Mr. Czerniak has instilled in my children will last them a lifetime. I am so thankful to have my children a part of this extraordinary program.
