This Italian restaurant used to be in Hollywood by the Capitol Records building and for years offered the absolute best pizza in L.A. with a particularly perfect crust. Whenever somebody would say ""there's no good pizza in LA,"" we'd take them to Palermo's to change their mind. It always worked.
